REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
It is the policy of National Comtel to process all payments immediately. There are no refunds on products or services, customers should contact National Comtel at 800-987-0100 as soon as possible if they have a billing question. National Comtel may refuse or offer a temporary credit until the question has been correctly answered. Cancellations of service will be referred back to the signed and individually executed agreement between National Comtel and the customer.
